How To Contribute

GSM only receives cash donations to help purchase supplies for the countries we serve. Purchases made with GSM donations are made in the third world country, by a local doctor for the ISL clinics.
GSM is set up online to donate via PayPal from your PayPal account or your credit/debit card:

Now taking donations for Haiti! Please enter "Haiti" in the Donate to: field before clicking on the button below. All proceeds go directly to food and supplies in Haiti, distributed by our contacts in the Dominican Republic with no overhead costs.

Otherwise, please enter the name of the student that you are supporting. If you just want to make a general donation, you can also specify the country or just enter "general". Thank you!

GSM does not ship supplies to foreign countries, nor do we receive physical supplies.
GSM however, will help you “connect” with teams going to any country we serve to donate supplies to the needy. Students traveling on International Service Learning trips are required to carry supplies for their trip and they often have room for more supplies.

If you would like to ship donated meds, you will need to pick a trip time/date where an ISL team is traveling. You will then notify us/GSM of the team date you have chosen; the type of donation or materials and how much. Then, a team manager will be notified to contact their team members to see how much can be sent to each student who is still available to carry items. You would then be furnished with addresses of the traveling team members in order to ship your donations directly to them, in time for their trip. If you have a lot of donated items, you may have to use several teams to get everything to the destination.
